Erin Fredi | Owner | PLA

Landscape Architect

BA of Landscape Architecture; Texas Tech University

The founder, Erin Brooke Fredi, is a licensed landscape architect in the state of Texas. She has a background in both the private and public sectors, providing clients with an inclusive perspective of property owners, developers, and municipalities expectations. After working for a private firm in El Paso, she gained extensive knowledge in native and adaptive species of plant material to create sustainable, low water, low maintenance landscape designs.

Her experience focuses on landscape design in two main groups of work:

Public Development: design consultation & design development of TxDOT's Green Ribbon Mitigation Program, city park, open space, trail, and playground design
Private Development: landscape ordinance consultation and design development for commercial, retail, restaurant, shared access, multi-family, and streetscape projects

About Us

E. Brooke Associates, LLC, a MSWBE certified company, was founded in 2015 as a boutique landscape architecture design firm specializing in the interpretation of landscape and zoning ordinances for landscape design development throughout the DFW metroplex.

Fredi has worked hand in hand with City of Dallas staff, local developers, and property owners from 2015-2018 in the development of the revised Dallas Article X Landscape Ordinance. Over this time, she has built and maintained relationships with city staff to help move plans through the city quickly and effectively.

As a small family business, E. Brooke Associates, LLC strives to provide affordable, quality plans within the client’s desired timeline. Our company partners with many other small businesses including permit expediters, zoning consultants, engineers, green third-party providers, and developers.
